Statements are issued monthly, which include all spending on your Whistles Card. You will only receive a statement if you have spent on your card.
Are items I buy with my Whistles Card insured?
Items are not covered.
Can I view my Whistles Card accounts online?
Whistles cardholders currently receive monthly statements through the post which detail any purchases made using your Whistles Card. However, there are many exciting developments planned for the Whistles website in the near future, which will enable you to view your purchase history, current balance and make payments. Watch this space for more details!
Can I use my Whistles Card to pay for goods online?
Yes! And you will be able to take advantage of exclusive discounts, only available to Whistles cardholders.
Can more than one person use a Whistles Card?
Only the registered cardholder is allowed to use the Whistles Card, and so no additional cardholders.
What do I do if my Whistles Card is lost, stolen or misused?
In the event that your card is lost, stolen or misused please contact us immediately by calling 0870 428 3571 To protect yourself against lost or stolen cards, call IKANO Customer Services on ‘insert relevant 0870 428 3571 for further information about the card protection scheme.
What do I do if my address changes?
If you move home please contact us immediately to advise us of your new address on 0870 428 3571. If we are not informed of this you will be liable to repay any reasonable costs we incur to find your new address.
How do I cancel my Whistles Card?
Please write to us and inform us that you wish to close your account and pay off the remaining balance (the full balance must be paid off before the account can be closed).
