QUESTIONS & ANSWERS - WHISTLES CARD TERMINATION
How long can I use my Whistles Card?
You can use your Whistles Card for any transaction (subject to the status of your account), up to the end of trading on 30th June, 2008. After this point the Whistles Card will not be accepted in any Whistles store and you will need to use an alternative payment method.
Will my account be closed?
If there is no balance on your account then we will close it shortly after 30th June, 2008. If your account does carry a balance then once it has been repaid your account will be closed and your agreement with IKANO Financial Services Ltd will be terminated.
Will I continue to receive statements?
You will continue to receive statements whilst there is an outstanding balance on your account. Once the balance on your account has been repaid, you will receive a final statement advising that your account has been closed.
Should I continue to make repayments?
Yes - it is very important that you repay any outstanding balance on your account for purchases made using your Whistles Card. Please see the reverse of your statement for information relating to the various repayment options available.
Will I be charged interest?
Any balance on your account will be subject to the interest charges and fees set out in the Whistles Card terms and conditions.
Can I return goods that I have purchased before 30th June, 2008?
Yes – you can return any items to Whistles subject to Whistles’s return and exchange policy.
